Hearing dogs
Hearing dogs are welcome in the theatre. We can offer seats on the end of the row to make your visit easier. Please inform the Box Office when booking your ticket and ask for information on any special effects that might affect the comfort of your dog during the production. Alternatively your dog can be looked after by a member of our team who are happy to provide a water bowl or take the dog for a walk. Should you require this please let us know in advance.
Assisted performances
Feel free to talk to one of our Box Office Assistants on 029 2064 6900 about your requirements so that we can offer you the best possible seat.

What is a Captioned performance?
Captioning is a way of converting the spoken word into visible text, that provides people with a hearing loss with access to live performance. Captions and a display unit installed on or near the stage enable people with a hearing loss to understand what is said when it is said.
Mobile Connect
Audio enhancement through Mobile Connect is now available at all performances. To use it on your phone (through headphones), please download the Sennheiser Mobile Connect app. If you need to borrow a device, headphones or a charging bank; please ask our Box Office team.
At all performances of Under Milk Wood, a member of our team will be on hand at the Boat House (left hand corner of the foyer as you enter) to introduce new users to the system and loan devices, headphones and charging banks.
