You can of course complain using any method you choose including in person or over the phone. Please ask for the Data Protection Officer when doing this.
Making your complaint:
Please include details of your complaint including evidence or supporting information
We may need to ask for ID to prove your identity. If we need this we will ask you for this when we acknowledge your complaint.
If you are making a complaint on someone else’s behalf we will need to request a signed letter of authority from the person you are acting on behalf of.
What happens next:
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of it being made.
- We will then investigate the complaint without undue delay.
- We will keep you informed on the progress of the investigation.
- Once the investigation is complete we let you know the outcome.
