(Welsh language dialogue will be surtitled as part of the production at all performances).

It stars an exceptional cast of new and familiar faces
The cast features exciting new Welsh talent alongside a few faces who’ll be familiar to Sherman regulars.

A seriously funny night out
When thinking about which play to perform as our Autumn Main House Classic this year, our first since the pandemic, we thought there is no better play than A Midsummer Night’s Dream to give our audiences a fun night out. We think this hugely popular comedy will be the tonic we all need this autumn.

It’s all about love
Our production is a celebration of love in all its forms and the message is simple: love who you want to love.

Think you know A Midsummer Night’s Dream? Think again.
Our production has all the magic and comedy you would expect from a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, but if you’ve seen the play before we think our version will make you think differently about it.

We recommend that anyone wishing to make use of the English Language surtitles that appear above the stage sits in Row C to Row P.

Members of the Sherman’s non-professional theatre group, Sherman Players, will be joining the company as Mechanicals. You can find their performance schedule here.
