Sherman Theatre wishes to appoint an experienced Box Office Manager to manage the Box Office, maximising opportunities to achieve sales targets and developing the highest standards of customer care. To recruit, train, develop and performance manage the Ticketing and Reception team to ensure that the venue continually exceeds its business plan objectives. To assist marketing activities within an integrated Marketing & Customer Relations team, with specific responsibilities related to data analysis and digital marketing activities. To support to Fundraising Manager to maximise ticket donations and to assist with other fundraising activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in one of the UK’s most exciting producing theatres.

The project, Sherman 5, was launched in 2014 and is gathering momentum all the time. We require an administrative assistant to provide support to the Sherman 5 programme of work, liaising closely with the Sherman 5 Coordinator to ensure the delivery of a wide ranging programme of audience development initiatives, specifically targeted at disadvantaged communities.
