Circa £30,000 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic, charismatic and experienced individual with a passion for our artistic work, to drive forward Marketing and Communications at the Sherman, to develop and increase audiences and raise the profile of the organisation both nationally and internationally. This role combines strategic level leadership of the integrated Marketing and Communications team, including Box Office, with hands-on marketing, research, PR and customer relations. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will contribute to the overall leadership of the theatre. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in one of the UK’s most exciting producing theatres at a time of significant growth and development. As such, of equal importance to us is finding a candidate who shares our ambition, our excitement, and our desire to be great, not good.
