Writer Gary Owen has invited writers from diverse backgrounds all over Wales to share a short, brand new scripts.

"About the first idea I had when Sherman Cymru asked me to be their writer-in-residence was that we should do a series of short audio dramas and give them away, for free, as podcasts.

I wanted to offer writers a chance to create new work, and hear that work performed - because that's how I think writers learn to be better writers. I wanted to try and drag in people who wouldn't think that they had anything to offer a theatre or that theatre might have anything to offer them, use material from their diaries, blogs, or lives as the basis for a podcast.

And so this tiny project might be the first step that some brilliant storytellers who work through song or prose take into the theatre, and might lead to new collaborations in the future."
