Show Information

When Sara returns home after five years of silence announcing judgement day, her Mother, Ethni, is determined to host the last supper. But whilst Sara expects the end of the world, her twin, Catrin, is expecting a baby; little Mabli wants to be a nun and Dadi’s in the ice cream carton in the study.

As the farm falls to pieces around them and the rapture approaches, the family must confront the grief that has torn them apart, and through facing the end, begin to live once again.

Dafydd James' darkly comic play is a work in progress, which has been developed in collaboration with the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama’s Richard Burton Company.

The Richard Burton Company is sponsored by Brewin Dolphin.
Drama at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama is supported by the Richard Carne Trust.
