Show Information

An evening of two plays focusing on the life and work of Kate Roberts, one of Wales's biggest literary stars.

Cyfaill - Francesca Rhydderch

This poignant drama explores one of the most turbulent periods in the life of the author as she strives to come to terms with her husband's untimely death, her mounting debts and her attempt to re-discover her creativity.

Te yn y Grug - Adapted by Manon Wyn Williams

A new adaptation of what is arguably Kate Roberts' best loved book. Stories of growing up and loss of innocence, of a child striving to understand the complexity of the world and its people, and accepting that disillusionment is part of life.
