Show Information

Healing is messy...

A powerful and harrowing Welsh language production that follows the journey of Glenda, played by Ffion Dafis, as she struggles to deal with this invisible illness.

We follow Glenda’s fiercely personal anguish as she confronts the illness and faces life outside of hospital. How will she, her family and friends deal with the traumatic reality of recovery? Will she find light at the end of the tunnel?

The production has been inspired by real medical records from the old Denbigh mental health hospital in North Wales.

"…this is the most gripping and thrilling story I have heard in a long time - if ever maybe." Elinor Gwynn discussing Anweledig (part 1) on BBC Radio Cymru.
