The first 2016 Foyer Sessions’ line-up includes:

With art exhibition by Jaydon Martin and University of South Wales Students as well as art on sale by local artist Ani Saunders.

Safari Gold

With incredibly well received premieres on The Indie Shuffle and Line Of Best Fit over the last 6 months, Safari Gold are beginning to make waves in the UK and beyond and 2016 will be the year they unveil their debut album.

La Forme

La Forme are self-described as an Electro/Alternative band from South Wales but with a European heritage. (Imagine a dirty faced coal miner reading Camus while idly picking out notes on a synth)." Make of it what you will.

Rhys Milson

Rhys is a poet, writer, reviewer and a creative writing tutor/workshop facilitator based in Cardiff.

His fiction and poetry has been widely published, including in Wales Arts Review, Litro Magazine, and The Lonely Crowd, amongst others. His debut poetry collection, Amnesia, is published by Onion Custard Publishing.

Rhys has spoken and read at various literary spaces, including Dylan Thomas Day, Balloon: Bard Brains, was guest reader at Poems and Pints at the Queens in Carmarthen, Cheltenham Poetry Festival, Cwtch in Newport with the author Steve Howell, Milieu, Sherman Sessions and Lit on the Lawn.

He was awarded The Short Story’s Young Writers Award in February 2016, a revered and bustling worldwide competition.
