Show Information

Please note that online booking for all performances will resume tomorrow (28 Sept).

What have you missed most about live theatre? Entertaining nights out? An experience shared with other audience members? To be told a story that grips you? To be transported somewhere else? Having a space to think about the world around you?  An opportunity to connect with others?  A really good laugh? Back in Play combines all this and more.

As we re-open, we wanted to make sure that we offer you the Sherman Theatre experiences that mean the most to you. This festival includes all the things you love about Sherman Theatre: compelling new writing from Welsh and Wales-based writers, fresh new takes on classic plays, top notch comedy, tasty bar bites and a party atmosphere. All the shows will take place in the Studio which will be transformed into a cabaret style space.

Back in Play consists of short performances so you can see as much or as little as you want. See just one show and head home or stay on and enjoy some food and see another show. It’s your return to Sherman Theatre your way.

We can't wait to welcome you back to the Sherman.
