Sherman Theatre wishes to appoint a talented and experienced Head of Fundraising & Development to work as part of the Senior Management Team. This is a vital role within the organisation, central to helping us to deliver on our ambition to create and present theatre which excites audiences, and to creatively engage with communities in Cardiff and beyond, through the delivery of a high impact fundraising strategy to drive income from across the fundraising mix.

MARKETING OFFICER (PRESS, DIGITAL & CAMPAIGNS)
£21,141 per annum
Sherman Theatre is looking to appoint a passionate and dynamic individual as Marketing Officer (Press, Digital and Campaigns). This key role within the Marketing team focuses on developing relationships with members of the press, securing coverage and increasing the profile of one of the UK’s leading producing theatres. In addition to this is a range of responsibilities which make this a broad and stimulating opportunity. This role has responsibility for planning, generating and monitoring Sherman Theatre’s social media activity across all of its channels to achieve the organisation’s strategic goals and to engage its target audiences. The Marketing Officer is responsible for the day to day maintenance of Sherman Theatre’s website and ensuring that it remains an effective marketing tool. The role holder also plans and implements campaign activity to achieve Box Office income targets.

Bar and Kitchen Assistant

We are looking to expand our Café Bar team with enthusiastic Bar and Kitchen Assistants who have excellent customer service skills.
