Show Information

'Memory is the treasure of the mind - come at once'

From the same creative team who brought you Sherman Cymru's Cinders and Plum, Maudie's Rooms will be a sumptuously visual, promenade adventure for family audiences, with inside-out magical environments, scents, sounds, unsolved mysteries and a cracking story.

Professor Arlo Butterworth is in a dreadful pickle. Having abandoned poor Harriet at the altar, he now finds himself completely lost! Now, right out of the blue, he has received a mysterious message summonsing him back to the old seaside boarding house of his childhood. Join Arlo on his perilous journey, as he once again encounters the extraordinary Lodgers in Maudie's rooms - and remembers the lessons from his past.

Come prepared to be slightly scared and very thrilled!

Gather to begin your adventure at the Bus Stop on Bute Place outside the Wales Millennium Centre. (There is a short walk to the performance on Bute Street)

See Maudie's Rooms in its first exciting stage of development before a full run in 2014.

Wheelchair access is available for the following performances: 7pm Friday, 3pm & 7pm on Saturday.
