Am I Eligible?

Am I eligible to join Sherman 5?

  • Are you a first-time attender to a production at Sherman Theatre?
  • Do you live in a Communities First area**? AND / OR Are you a member or a gatekeeper of a community group that supports people who face barriers and/or disadvantage such as Age Cymru, Young Carers, RNIB***?

If the answer to both of these questions is YES, you should qualify for Sherman 5 membership!

*Our definition of a first-time attender is someone who has not attended within the last five years.

**Sherman 5 is open to residents of Communities First areas across Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Newport. A full list of eligible areas can be found below.

***The community group itself will need to be registered with Sherman 5 in order for you to join as a group member and the first booking needs to be through/with your group leader. See list of our partner community groups below.

If you are a leader or organiser of a community group that supports people who face barriers and/or disadvantage and you want to support your members to join, please contact Guy O'Donnell, Sherman 5 Coordinator: 07703 729079 | guy.odonnell@shermantheatre.co.uk
